Information We Collect

  • Account Information: Name, email, and login metadata when you sign in (e.g., via Google).
  • Device Information: A unique device ID to link your device to your account.
  • Location Data: Continuous GPS location when tracking is active. You can stop tracking at any time.
  • Subscription Data: Subscription status and plan details. Payments are processed by Stripe.
  • Operational Logs: Technical logs for reliability, security, and debugging.

How We Use Your Data

  • Provide live GPS tracking and show your location in real time (to you and the people you choose to share with).
  • Store and replay your past sessions; let you download or delete them.
  • Manage authentication, authorization, and subscription access.
  • Improve features and quality of service.
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

Sharing of Data

  • Supabase. Authentication, database storage, and real-time updates are handled through Supabase. Primary application data is processed and stored in Stockholm, Sweden.
  • UpCloud. Encrypted backup data may be stored in the Helsinki area using UpCloud services.
  • Stripe. Subscription payments and billing.
  • Map Providers. To render maps and tiles (e.g., MapLibre/OpenStreetMap and compatible providers).
  • Traxli does not use third-party cookies for tracking or advertising.

We do not sell your personal data or provide it to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain location and session data as long as necessary to provide live tracking and session history. You can delete your sessions at any time.

Your Rights

  • Access and update your personal data.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Manage your subscription in the app or on the website.

Security

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we strive to protect your data.

Children

Traxli is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect data from children without appropriate consent.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or website.
